I'd like to begin by acknowledging the courage it can take to begin therapy.
Every therapist is different and offers a unique perspective; as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe the therapeutic relationship helps set the foundation for change to occur. If you are seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, your patterns, your struggles, and need support in navigating what to do to, therapy may provide the space needed to do so.
I work primarily with women who are experiencing trauma-related symptoms, anxiety, life transitions/stressors, and relationship concerns. I practice from a holistic and eclectic perspective which helps me tailor my approach to your unique needs.
I utilize attachment-focused, interpersonal, and psychodynamic orientations in my practice while incorporating evidenced- based practices from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
